Attached is the implementation plan for the Ministry of Education’s “2016 Advanced Improvement Training for Professional Investigators of Campus Sexual Assault Sexual Harassment or Sexual Bullying Incidents.” Please review.

Description：
1. In accordance with Article 4 Paragraph 5 of the Gender Equity Education Act, and in order to enhance professional knowledge and capabilities in handling investigations of campus sexual assault sexual harassment or sexual bullying incidents, the Ministry of Education has commissioned National Taipei University of Business to implement this project.
2. The training is scheduled for February 2 to 3 2016 Tuesday and Wednesday at the 7th Floor Conference Room of the Administration Building of the university No.321 Section 1 Chi Nan Road Chung Cheng District Taipei City. Participants shall be professional investigators included in the investigation professional talent pool of the central and local governments who have completed advanced training and who possess experience in case investigation or petition review deliberation. Those who have experience in writing investigation reports or petition review decision documents will be given priority admission.
3. This training includes two courses “Investigation Strategies and Report Writing” and “Analysis of Regulations and Official Interpretations” one day each. Registration is conducted by individual course and the maximum number of participants for each course is 40 first come first served.
