The Executive Secretary oversees three categories of committee members:

  • 7 Ex Officio Members: Secretary-General, Dean of Academic Affairs, Dean of Student Affairs, Dean of General Affairs, Director of Personnel Office, Director of the Center for General Education, and Director of the Student Counseling Center.
  • 10 Appointed Members: Faculty and staff representatives.
  • 1 Student Member: Student representative.
