1. Handled in accordance with the resolution of the 3rd plenary meeting of the 11th Gender Equity Education Committee of the Ministry.
2. The acceptance periods for 2026 are as follows: The first submission deadline is March 16 2026 Monday. The second submission deadline is September 15 2026 Tuesday. The time of receipt by the Ministry shall be the basis for calculation.
3. Please publish the information of this matter on the school website inform student self governance organizations and provide explanations during relevant assemblies to ensure that students receive this information.
4. This mechanism may be used as a reference by school Gender Equity Education Committees as a formal channel for students to express opinions and participate in decision making and to enhance the transparency of proposal handling. Schools that already have relevant mechanisms established according to their organizational operations or university autonomy regulations may continue to follow their existing practices. Schools that have not yet established such mechanisms are requested to refer to this mechanism to plan operational procedures and improve channels for student participation in gender equity education affairs.
